About us
Quesolat Latin American Cheese Co. is a Canadian based company focused on developing and producing cheeses and cheese related products specifically for Latin American communities in Canada.
Latin American communities demand cheeses that are not just similar to the ones from their home country, but they are willing to buy cheeses locally that are as close as possible to the original ones.
Because of the regulations of Canadian dairy market, importing cheeses from Latin America is most of the time cost prohibitive.
In order to produced locally and achieve the best products that resemble the originals, there is a need of development and testing that is quite extensive.
The result is a variety of cheese types that gives the Latin American communities in Canada the very same taste of their preferred cheeses from their home countries.
